Canon Document Management Campaign

Objective:
Canon wanted to raise awareness of regulatory compliance (SOX) and the role of document management in the European press by producing research that could be presented at an event in London and used other PR activities. The timeframe was a short three weeks.

CNET Direct Solution:
CNET Direct worked with Canon and their PR agency to formulate, design & host an online survey that was emailed to Business and Technology Managers in 13 European countries

Results:
A sample of 1000 completed surveys was required and CNET Direct delivered a 190% response rate in two weeks. The key findings we used at the event, in the press and in Canon’s marketing collateral.
